
It all starts in 2020 with two individual visions combining into a single idea for a company.
VISION A: Introduce the existing "car condo" concept to North Carolina as an emerging real estate venture/business.
VISION B: Create a member based company centered on Private Aviation and Procured Resort/Destination facilities with a focus on Community Access and Direct Charitable Engagement.
THE RESULT:
Build a campus type Motorsports Park and associated Brand centered on Community Access and Member Driven Service as a sustainable business founded in the Commercial Real Estate Market.

COMMERCIAL PRODUCT:
By classifying condos as a commercial product with ADU support we streamlined permitting and created a product aligned with efficiency and turnkey delivery.
TURNKEY MODEL:
Reduces friction during construction and occupancy allowing the developer to maintain direct control over C.O.'s and permitting.
ECONOMIC INCONGRUENCE:
Recognizing that residential products don't
align with most motorsports projects was pivotal in determining what our core product should be.

ADDING CIRCUIT:
While providing a car condo project without a driving circuit is 100% feasible in some markets, our initial choice of land proved to risky to build UNLESS we built a track. Time on track is the commodity for sale. And access to it.
THE CONDO:
Clean lines, efficient use of space, consideration for use of local materials, daylighting and solar orientation, are just a few of the elements that determine what the AUTOPORT aesthetic IS and IS NOT.
SITE DESIGN IS THE BUSINESS MODEL:
Our real estate offerings are a direct manifestation of our business model. They are inseparable.

Our final site selection in Moore County, NC was the culmination of five major site design and feasibility studies, three separate land tracts and one major rezoning effort.
Concurrent with the final site selection and respective design, the AUTOPORT car condo went through a major design overhaul across the board as we finalized our purchase agreements, membership contracts and real estate offerings.

We started this crazy dream with a phone call six years ago and it seems the adventure is just beginning...
